Group Classes

A.B.C. (All Bells Class) – This strength-based class takes advantage of the three main bells for a total body burn – dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells!

Alive @ 5 – This early morning high-intensity bootcamp is sure to burn some calories and get your day started off right!

Barbell Blast – This strength-based class utilizes our smaller barbells, in conjunction with a blend of other exercises, to help you get stronger and burn some calories!

Bootcamp – Our high-intensity bootcamps will leave you in a puddle of sweat, and ensure that you burn the maximum amount of calories possible!

Boxing – This fun and fast-paced class utilizes boxing and agility drills for a unique way to get your workout in!

Cycle X – A fun cross-training mix where we spend a few minutes on a spin bike, mixed with other exercises in the classroom.

H.I.I.T. – High Intensity Interval Training is a great speedy way to burn through calories! Short bursts of high intensity moves, this rapid-fire class will be over before you know it!

H.I.I.T. Strength – Using the short burst of high-intensity moves, this variation on the HIIT classes focuses more on strength than strictly cardio.

Kettlebell Cross Training – Using this ancient workout tool, every muscle in your body will be challenged as you swing, push, and pull the kettlebells!

Mix It Up! – Using a variety of different equipment to mix up classes every week, keeping you guessing and never letting you plateau during this fun class!

Morning Step – Using our new adjustable step benches, this high-intensity class will burn calories on and off the step!

Morning Sweat – This bootcamp-style class is filled with enough cardio to get your morning off to a good start, and definitely get you sweating!

(Senior) 3 x 20 – This class is designed for seniors to enhance cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility, with 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, and a 20 minute stretch. 

(Senior) Circuit & Stretch – This class is designed for snipers in a circuit format which allows you to work at your own pace, followed by a great period of stretching.

(Senior) Strength + Stretch = Balance – This class is designed for seniors to improve overall balance by focusing on lengthening and strengthening the major muscles of the body along with the stabilizer muscles that support balance and core strength.

SPIN – Express Ride – This half hour class will ensure a high-intensity ride that will allow you to burn plenty of calories even when your time may be limited!

SPIN – House Ride – Classic spin rides that everyone loves, or learns to love! Strengthen your legs, burn more calories than ever before, and have an awesome time doing so!

SPIN – Power Ride – This ride is all about the legs, and is sure to leave you burning in a spin class you’ll never forget!

SPIN – Rhythm Ride – This music based ride will leave you dancing in your head while your legs spin to the rhythm and help you burn hundreds of calories while doing so!

Short Circuit – Move from station to station using designated intervals of work and rest. This popular format is designed to keep the heart rate up and give you a full body workout.

Strength Training – Focus on weightlifting and strength exercises designed to improve muscular function, abilities, and strength!

TRX Fusion – This fusion class blends the TRX suspension trainers with other equipment such as weights, balls, bands and more to create a unique and exciting experience that will burn through calories and strengthen the entire body.

Total Body Activation – Glen De Los Reyes comes to you live on Skype to deliver a mobility and body activation class sure to burn while strengthening your entire body.

Total Body Burn – This fun class is based around calisthenics and using your own bodyweight, whether it be through fast-paced cardio, or slow and steady strength and stability movements, proving that you don’t need any equipment to burn a massive amount of calories!

Yoga – Calm yourself as you stretch and strengthen your body using this ancient practice that will relax you for hours to come!

Zumba – This is a fast-paced dance class that will ensure a high amount of calories burning, while having a great time doing so!
