H.I.I.T. - High Intensity Interval Training is based on 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off, quick bursts of high intense movements, great for fat loss!

This class emphasizes controlled, purposeful movements using barbells, free weights, resistances equipment, and bodyweight exercises to target every major muscle group. Kettlebell Cross Training - Using this ancient workout tool, every muscle in your body will be challenged as you wing, push, and pull the kettlebells!

Lifting 101 - This Powerlifting club works on the basic foundations of the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.

MetCon - Metabolic Conditioning is all about pushing your limits in a fun and sweaty way! High intensity from the beginning to end, you’ll be able to go at your pace and burn some serious calories.

Mix It Up - The fun of this class is that it can be a little bit of everything! Strength, cardio, and everything in between - there’s something for everyone, and some sweat is assured!

Rise - Start your day strong with RISE; an intense, bootcamp-style worked designed to ignite your energy and push your limits! This early morning class combines high-impact cardio, functional strength training, and explosive interval exercises for a total-body challenge. Expect a fast-paced atmosphere that will leave you feeling accomplished and unstoppable. (Senior) 3 x 20 - This class is designed for seniors in a circuit formate which allows you to work at your own pace, followed by a great period stretching. 

​

(Senior) Strength & Flexibility - This class is designed for seniors to increase bone density and muscle mass, and to improve overall mobility and balance.

​

(Senior) Strength + Stretch = Balance - This class is designed for seniors to improve overall balance by focusing on lengthening and strengthening the major muscles of the body along with the stabilizer muscles that support balance and core strength.

Short Circuit - Move from station to station using designated intervals of work and rest. This popular format is designed to keep the heart rate up and give you a full body workout.

Step Combo - Using our new adjustable step benches, this high-intensity class will burn calories on and off the step!

Strength Training - Focus on weightlifting and strength exercise designed to improve muscular function, abilities, and strength!

Sunday Fun Day - This 90 minute class is now going to rotate themes every week. One week it may be kickboxing focused, one week Olympic lifting, one week cardio - check our instagram stories every weekend to see what that weekends theme is!

Total Body Burn - This class features a balance of moves for the whole body to burn!​

​

TRX Fusion - This class features TRX resistance training straps for low-impact, level-adjustable movements that are fun for everyone!

Zumba - This dance-based class will get you having so much fun that you don’t even realize you’re getting an awesome workout done!
