Justin Soules
is a native of Berkshire County. He grew up in Lee and participated in multiple organized sports as well as enjoying all the seasonal sports that the Berkshire’s have to offer, such as biking,hiking, canoeing, snowboarding, and snow shoeing. 

Justin earned his associates in health science in 2008 and certification through ACE fitness in 2009. He has experience in many different areas of fitness. Examples of these include strength and conditioning, active stretching, bootcamp, senior strength and balance, kettlebells, suspension training and more. 

Justin feels that group classes and personal training are the best avenues of fitness. In his seven years of training he has seen people excel because they feel cared for and with supervision, are able to achieve more than they thought possible. 

With his expertise he can design a workout for every age group from children to seniors, as well as every ability level. Seeing each person as in individual has created his success as a trainer and he is excited to share his love of fitness with all who feel they would like to improve their lives

Todd DiMario
is a certified trainer that has worked in Berkshire County gyms for many years. Todd is also FMS certified. The FMS certification allows him to screen clients, and assign them corrective movements based on the assessment. Through the specific corrective movements, clients can find balance, and work on eliminating their asymmetries. This will in turn, increase the efficiency of their workouts, while decreasing the likelihood of injury. 
With a strong background in strength and sports specific training, Todd has also had the pleasure of working with a vastly diverse population. He has worked with elite athletes, retirees, people that have never been to a gym, and those that are returning to the gym after an injury, or long absence.

Todd is confident he can tailor a workout to reach your specific goals. Whether you are a pre adult, seasoned athlete, or a client now enjoying the fruits of your labor (retirement ). With an industry flooded with gimmicks, and quick fixes, allow Todd DiMario to guide you through safe, effective movements, that have impact. LOVE health and fitness and I want you to LOVE it too! My ultimate goal would be to empower you to take ownership for your health!

Having struggled with being overweight my entire life, I know personally what it takes to get control of this part your life. Motivation can be the hardest task, it actually involves more of our mind than our body. Attitude is everything! Even if you think you hate exercising, I can make it fun!

Consistency is crucial, for no plan in the world will succeed if you’re not

following it! Most people want and need support. I can help hold you accountable to yourself when you are physically with me.

I have been in healthcare for 26 years and have worked full time with Alzhiemer and dementia residents and have enjoyed it very much.

I fell in love with fitness 17 years ago losing 116 pounds! This is part of my inspiration in wanting to help others. I have been teaching cardio kickboxing for 10 years. I hold a cardio kickboxing certification and a personal training certification.

Michelle Theilig

Michelle is certified to teach Insanity, Zumba, and PiYo. In an effort to help and support as many people as possible, she is a Beachbody Coach. Michelle has been trained and coached by some of the best of the best. She is currently working on her personal trainer certification.

Samantha Cullen
 


 Samantha works for Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in outdoor fitness. She also teaches varied yoga and fitness classes around the County and Capital Region. Her 200-hour yoga teacher training is from 7-Centers Yoga Arts in Sedona, AZ while also training in Hot Power Yoga from Hotyogaforlife in Portland, OR. 

Samantha is presently working towards her 500-hour yoga teacher training through Kripalu. In addition, she currently teaches spinning and yoga as part of an abroad fitness team in places like Belize, Jamaica and Mexico. She recently completed her Spinning Instruction through Mad Dogg Athletics, and is thrilled to be a part of Soules Fitness team! 

Samantha is passionate about creating optimal health and wellness through the mind body connection.
 



 



Chantal Leven


Chantal Leven co-owns, Healing Rhythms in Lenox MA. She is a certified Personal and Professional Coach from the Coaches Training Institute, a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a Movement Therapist, a certified Ashaya Yoga Instructor and a Mindful Fitness teacher.
Over the years, she has studied business coaching including Guerilla Marketing is an MBA candidate from Keller University. She has developed a powerful mind-body approach to empower people to get fit and healthy while remaining sane. She is a business and life coach who coaches entrepreneurs, blending mind body techniques, to help alleviate stress, manage their mindset while increasing their business savvy through authentic marketing strategies. She is determined to help authentically bring the fullness of who they are in their life, career and business with clarity and power while remaining balance. Her health challenges in recovering from Lyme Disease twice, Epstein Barr and Breast Cancer have made her a passionate advocate for listening deeper and making connections between body, emotions, mind and spirit. She brings an uncanny way of teaching mindful fitness that will include all of who you are. 



Laura Berliner


Laura Berliner has been in the Health and Wellness industry since 1998 as a certified ACE Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and advanced Yoga teacher studying with Ana Forrest. She also became a Spinning instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics teaching all over the Chicagoland area at premiere Health Clubs like the East Bank Club. Laura moved to the Berkshires in 2008 where she worked at Canyon Ranch in Lenox, MA as a fitness/yoga instructor. After 15 plus years, Laura continues to enjoy teaching Spinning and seeing the rewards it offers to practitioners.
